Colyford is a pretty village on the A3052 Lyme Regis to
Exeter road, situated mid-way between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. A Royal
Borough since the reign of King John in the 13th century, Colyford has its
own Mayor and holds a Goose Fair in September each year. Seaton is only 2km
away on the coast. Its coastal path is now a part of the Jurassic World
Heritage Coastline (awarded in 2001).
Colyford
is also on the famous Seaton to Colyton Tramway route. This is very
popular with tourists and runs a regular service from Spring to Autumn.
Colyford Tram Station is only 500m from us.
Rose
and Hollie Cottages
are new
one bedroomed cottages with exposed oak beams and oak floors. They have been
built and furnished to a high standard, offering comfortable accommodation
with many modern appliances.

Free View box.

equipped kitchen with electric cooker and hob, dishwasher (no holiday

oak beamed bedrooms have built in wardrobes, with Rose Cottage
accommodating a twin booking.

Shower Rooms have been fitted with Body Showers (ie waist level jets), WC,
hand basin, electric light/shaver point and under-floor heating.

bed linen and towels are provided.

Electricity is included in the rental.

Dogs are
allowed.

children, we can provide a highchair and cot.

COTTAGES ARE NON-SMOKING
The Cottages are located next door to our Bed & Breakfast (Yeoman’s Acre
B & B). If you don’t fancy cooking breakfast one morning, you can
always join our guests for a Full English Breakfast (for a small extra
charge).
