Each
cottage has been newly built and furnished to a very high standard. High
oak beamed ceilings, comfortable double/twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom
(with jet shower). Each has an open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge
(with large soft leather sofabed). They are located next door to our
hotel, where you will be able to book a lunch or evening meal in our
licensed restaurant. If you don’t fancy cooking breakfast, why not join
our guests for a full English Breakfast (for a small extra charge).
Payments
details
The full balance of
the reservation is due 4 weeks before your arrival date. Payment can be
made by cheque (made payable to R & H Holiday Lets) or by Credit Card
(made over the phone if you prefer). In the event of the hirer making a
cancellation, you must notify us in writing. If the cancellation is
received more than 4 weeks before the arrival date, the booking fee may be
forfeited. Cancellations received within 4 weeks of the arrival date will
not be entitled to a refund unless we can re-let the cottage.
Booking Fee
This is £50 per
week and should be paid upon booking. Payment can be made as shown above.
Checking
in/out
Reservations are
from 3pm on the Saturday of arrival to 10.30am on the Saturday of
departure.
Other
information
The owners reserve
the right to enter the cottages at any reasonable time for purposes of
inspection or maintenance.
The hirer is
expected to leave the accommodation and its contents in a clean and tidy
condition on departure and is liable to any damage done to the property.
An inventory will be available and the hirer is required to pay the cost
of any breakages or lost items.
All linen is
supplied including towels and tea towels.
If in the opinion
the hirer there is grounds for complaint, this must be made immediately.
No complaint or recompense will be made at the end of the holiday or when
the hirer has returned home.
